This affiliate agreement applies solely to WicksWorks.com and is subject to change with seven days email notice. Continuation in this program after new terms have been issued constitutes agreement to any changes. It is the affiliate's responsibility to provide a working email address to WicksWorks.com so that such notices can be delivered. Failure to maintain a working email address where we can contact you is grounds for removal from the affiliate program.
No bidding on WicksWorks.com or any misspellings of WicksWorks.com.
Direct to merchant bidding is allowed on non-restricted keywords, as long as the term "Official Site" is not used or the ad is not designed to make it look like you are WicksWorks.com.
Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals or other savings are available.
Affiliates may not generate any seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies without the user having expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular purpose. Your link must send the visitor to WicksWorks.com.
The user must be able to see promotional information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (gimmicks such as "click here to see coupons and open a window to WicksWorks.com's site" are not permitted).
Affiliates are encouraged to display images of WicksWorks.com products on their sites to increase click through and conversions, but the following rules must be followed: No hot links to the images on WicksWorks.com without specific permission from us; Affiliates must agree to remove any WicksWorks.com images from their site(s) within 30 days of being requested to do so.
Inasmuch as it pertains to promoting WicksWorks.com and its products, or adversly reflecting upon WicksWorks.com, the affiliate agrees not to engage in spamming, unlawful mass emailing or any unapproved emailing or in any way fail to comply with the CAN SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-187 or any additional legislation), and/or any other rules, laws or regulations that govern email marketing and advertising.
Affiliate agrees that their promotional activities will not infringe on WicksWorks.com's protected business rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark rights.
No software downloads or technology may be used to intercept, redirect or divert traffic and/or referral fees of WicksWorks.com or any of its affiliate partners. This restriction includes browser helper objects (BHOs), spyware, adware, parasiteware(tm) and similar products.
Traffic Exchanges, autosurfing or pay-to-surf promotions, pop-ups, pop-unders, and other seen or unseen setting of cookies are forbidden.
Domain squatting or using misspellings of WicksWorks.com as a top level domain name is prohibited.
WicksWorks.com prohibits sites where there is no content on the site other than lists of text links or banners, i.e., link farms or banner farms.
