We gladly accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Please note that your credit card statement will show email as the transaction description.


Shipping

For custom made carved candles, allow 2-3 weeks before your order is shipped. For all other items, allow 5-10 business days. Note that all shipments will be sent via UPS or FedEx Ground Service. Please provide a street address, as deliveries cannot be made to a PO box.

Rush service is available for many items, which ensures your order will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Additional fees will apply for UPS or FedEx overnight or 2-day freight service. Please contact us prior to ordering for a cost quote and estimated delivery times.


Returns

Please review the return policy below before returning merchandise or processing a claim for items damaged during shipping.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned items must be in salable condition.
  • Personalized, sale, and custom orders may not be returned.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please email us within 3 days of merchandise receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip and RMA number.
  • You may want to insure your items, as we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
  • Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
  • Please email us within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
