When you make a purchase or subscribe to our newsletter, your name is added to our database and you will receive information about new products, special promotions or important changes in our services. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time by following the instructions contained within each message. When you send email to any WicksWorks department, your information is only kept until we have satisfactorily replied to your inquiry. Your name and email address from that correspondence are not retained for any future contact.

When you ship to another recipient, we only collect the name and postal delivery information necessary to fulfill your request to ship to an alternate address. We never share this information nor do we contact this individual unless a service issue relating to the order makes it necessary.
