Return Policy
Please review the return policy below before returning merchandise or processing a claim for items damaged during shipping.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or store credit, less a 15% restocking fee.
- Returned items must be in salable condition.
- Personalized, sale, and custom orders may not be returned.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Please email us within 7 days of merchandise receipt and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slip and RMA number.
- You may want to insure your items, as we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.
- Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.
- Please email us within 7 days of receiving damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.
