Shipping And Insurance Information

For custom made carved candles, allow 2-3 weeks before your order is shipped plus transit time. For all other items, allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before your order is shipped plus transit time. Having your order shipped to a street address will ensure prompt delivery.

We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at a nominal cost to protect your shipment. If your package is damaged or lost, this coverage will reimburse you up to the insured value. Uninsured shipments sent via USPS which are lost or damaged will be replaced at your cost.
